Eid Party on a whole new level 🌙

Mom said we needed to put a ladies get together for Eid. (For those who don't know, Eid comes twice a year in the Islamic calendar and is celebrated with lots of food and fun)
This was my second attempt on having a real cool party (After the minion one) and I feel like my attempt was accomplished ☺️ Here are some ideas you can use for your Eid party:

Of course, I started out with the task that was the most time consuming & those were the mini Ka'abah favor boxes
Simple black favor boxes from Michaels, and golden ribbon from Michaels as well. Used a golden sharpie to write Eid Mubarak and then used letter stickers to write "DUAS" to theme it in. To make it cooler, I added several duas inside the boxes.
Then, I made paper lanterns. Simply took scrapbook paper, folded it "hotdog" style, cut 1-inch slits throughout, unfolded it, and then glued it hamburger style.
Scrapbook paper bought from Michaels
The wall looked a little empty so I decided to add a little "puhzaaz" to it. I bought paper plates in colors of Black and Golden and then made a Ka'abah on the wall. I made the Eid Banner at home (file included on Etsy pack).
Paper plates from Dollar Tree.
And now for food, yayy! Mom made the REAL food, of course. I chipped in some help & made desserts (because that's all I can really do). Before making the food, I made some food tags (can be made based on order, included on Etsy pack). And this is what it looked like:
Made from literally three ingredients: 1 pack of Oreos, 1 pkg Cream Cheese and semi-sweet chocolate to coat. Metallic (really, plastic) golden trays are from Party City.
Just one of the amazing foods my mom made. Snacks filled with spicy potatoes.
Baklava; one of the best desserts I've probably made. A sweet pastry filled with nuts and drizzled with sugar syrup, literally delicious. Recipe can be easily found on Google.
And voila! There's your little Eid party. I forgot how I added the LED lights to lighten up my table. Other than that, everything is finished.
The Etsy pack includes the entire EID MUBARAK banner and food tags made on custom names. After purchasing it, email me and I will send you the custom food tags.
